+    Arpoison constructs ARP REQUEST or ARP REPLY packets using specified
+    hardware and protocol addresses and sends it out on a specified
+    Ethernet interface. Since ARP is a stateless protocol, this can
+    be used to update the ARP cache on most platforms with whatever
