Mass Commit: reduce redundancy within .spec files by referencing macros defining vendor source versions whenever possible. This was half-way automated and half-way manually edited. As a result the PMOD activity in 95% of all cases just means editing the version in one single place, only.

Mass-Commit: - split "Distribution" header into "Distribution" (old) and "Class" (new) headers by moving the attached class information. - embed the vendor version tracking configuration through the new "%track" section. - bump up the OpenPKG bootstrap dependency, because the "Class" header and "%track" section are only supported by our latest bootstrap version.

Dont use a MIT domain or realm in our default config, add a self written quickstart guide, correct path to keytab file, install documentation because this is a complex package, remove more version 4 crap, properly start the servers really writing pids this time, fix the daily section, and allow for disjointed logfile rotation. Also complete features for ticket #202. Whew.

Correct config file paths, use macro replacers, correct header file path substitutions, correct config file permissions, remove old kerberos 4 legacy paths. The package can now finally install a database with l_prefix/libexec/kerberos/kdb5_util create -r ATHENA.MIT.EDU -s, and logs by default to l_prefix/var/kerberos/log.
