Because our latest GNU shtool 1.6.0 (as used in openpkg >= 20020206) provides a full-featured "shtool subst" command, we finally switch from our old "rpmtool subst cmd cmd ... -- file ..." to "shtool subst -e cmd -e cmd ... file ...". Please do no longer use "rpmtool subst" because its "subst" command will be removed soon, too.

Hmmmm.... goodbye good thought out but in practice unusable %{l_branch} variable. We have to use a static value here (implies manual editing again), because else source and binary RPM filenames won't match if binary is built one or more days after the source was rolled.

Change virtual package name from "mta" to "MTA" and also replace "sendmail" requirements to "MTA" in order to allow packages to work with Postfix instead of Sendmail.
