Remove cleanfeed until it is better integrated and configured and especially does not make any trouble. Additionally, remove include files (because there is no corresponding libs anyway) and the documents in <prefix>/doc/.

Includes new patches to use current version of Berkley db. The patch should be removed when inn 2.4 is released, because it supposedly :-( fixes the incompatibilities.
