  44. %description
  45. Python is an interpreted, interactive, object-oriented programming
  46. language. Python combines remarkable power with very clear syntax.
  47. It has modules, classes, exceptions, very high level dynamic data
  48. types, and dynamic typing. There are interfaces to many system calls
  49. and libraries, as well as to various windowing systems (X11, Motif,
  50. Tk, Mac, MFC). New built-in modules are easily written in C or C++.
  51. Python is also usable as an extension language for applications that
  52. need a programmable interface.
