  45. %description
  46. Python is an interpreted, interactive, object-oriented programming
  47. language. Python combines remarkable power with very clear syntax.
  48. It has modules, classes, exceptions, very high level dynamic data
  49. types, and dynamic typing. There are interfaces to many system calls
  50. and libraries, as well as to various windowing systems (X11, Motif,
  51. Tk, Mac, MFC). New built-in modules are easily written in C or C++.
  52. Python is also usable as an extension language for applications that
  53. need a programmable interface.
