%description
This is a small X11 tool for making TCP plots as described in the
thesis MIT-LCS-TR-494 "TCP Packet Trace Analysis". The program
allows one to zoom into those plots, too. Also included in this
package are companion tools tcpdump2xplot(1) for converting
tcpdump(1) format files to xplot(1) inputs and xpl2gpl(1) for
converting inputs from xplot(1) to gnuplot(1) format.
