%description
watcher(1) is a Go utility for watching for files or directory
changes (recursively or non-recursively) WITHOUT using filesystem
events (and instead using a brute-force polling approach), which
allows it to work cross platform consistently even if it causes
extra load for the operating system. watcher(1) watches for changes
and notifies over channels either anytime an event or an error has
occurred.
